When Will Patient Payments Reach My Bank Account?

You might be wondering when patient payments will show up in your business bank account. The processing time depends on the payment method used:

For Card Payments

Funding typically occurs within 48 to 72 business hours from the transaction date.

On your bank statement, these deposits will appear with a line item labeled “BANKCARD DEP”

For ACH Payments

ACH payments take longer to process and are generally funded within 5 to 7 business days from the transaction date.

On your bank statement, these will appear with a line item that includes “CR Offset”
