Viewing Monthly Statements for Payment Processing Fees

SigmaMD provides access to your monthly transaction fee statements to help you stay on top of your payment processing costs.

USPay Statements

USPay monthly statements for charge card processing fees are available after the 7th of each month, covering fees from the previous month.

To view your statement:

1. Go to Billing > Reports > Monthly Statement
2. Select the month to view or download the corresponding USPay statement

ACH.com Statements

ACH.com monthly statements for ACH transaction fees will also appear in the same Monthly Statement screen in the near future.

Until then, you will receive ACH.com statements directly via email from ACH.com each month.
