Viewing Monthly Statements for Payment Processing Fees

Your monthly transaction fee statements helps you stay on top of your payment processing costs.

Note: All patient payments are deposited by USPay into your bank account. Payment processing fees are debited separately at a later time and will appear on your monthly statement.

USPay Statements

USPay monthly statements for charge card processing fees are available after the 7th of each month, covering fees from the previous month.

To view your statement:

1. In SigmaMD, go to Billing > Reports > Monthly Statement
2. Select the month to view or download the corresponding USPay statement

The debits for USPay card processing fees will appear as BANKCARD DEP, MERCH FEES on your bank statement.

ACH.com Statements

ACH.com monthly statements for ACH transaction fees will also appear in the same Monthly Statement screen in the near future.

Until then, you will receive ACH.com statements directly via email from ACH.com each month.
