How to Print Health Information from a Patient Chart

To print health data such as Medications, Problems, Vitals, or any other information from a patient's chart, you first need to add the data to a note, and then download or print that note.

Step 1: Add Health Data to the Note

There are two ways to add chart data to a note:

• Option 1: Use note variables to dynamically insert health data into your note. To learn more, see: Harnessing the Power of Variables
• Option 2: Use the Add to note button from any health record (e.g., Vitals, Medications, Problems) to insert specific health data into a note. To learn more, see: Adding Health Records to a Clinical Note

Once you’ve added the desired information to the note, sign it to finalize.

Step 2: Print or Download the Note

1. In the patient chart, go to the Notes side panel or the main Notes list. Click View note (in the side panel) or Show more (in the main panel) to view the signed note.
2. Print or Download Click More options (⋮), then choose Download to save a PDF or Print to open a print preview.
