Efficient Clinical Documentation with Templates

Templates in SigmaMD offer a revolutionary way to streamline your clinical documentation. With just a few clicks, insert predefined text snippets and elevate your note-taking, making it faster and more efficient.

Managing Your Templates

1. Click on the person icon at the top right of SigmaMD Clinician.
2. Navigate to the Settings page.
3. Under "Practice," select "Templates." Here, you can add, edit, or delete templates.

Creating a New Template

1. Click on "Add New."
2. Name your template.
3. In the 'Output' section, input your template text.
4. Templates can include nested templates, variables, and the note blocker {{!}} .

Utilizing Templates in Your Notes

When typing a note, start with the template's shortcut using a / . The system will automatically replace the shortcut with your template's predefined text.
