Changing Your Bank Account with USPAY
If you need to update the bank account linked to your USPAY merchant account, please follow the steps below to complete the request.
Step 1: Fill Out the Bank Account Change Request Form
Contact support and ask for the
Download and complete the USPAY Bank Account Change Request Form (PDF).
In the form, include your Merchant ID.
- Note: Your Merchant ID can be obtained from a recent merchant statement.
Step 2: Provide Supporting Documentation
Along with the completed form, include one of the following:
A voided pre-printed check from the new bank account
OR
- A bank letter on official letterhead including:
- Your business name and address
- The full name of the account owner
- New bank account and routing numbers
- Signature of a bank officer
❗ Starter or temporary checks are not accepted.
Step 3: Submit Your Documents
Submit the completed form and documentation to USPAY using one of these methods:

Special Note for American Express Users
If your funding comes directly from American Express, you must contact them separately at (800) 528-5200 to change your banking information.
