Adding Patients Outside a Membership Seat Age Range

It is possible to add a patient to a membership plan seat that is outside of the configured standard range of age. The process is very similar to that of adding new patients to an existing membership. See here how to do it.

To add a patient outside of the seat age range, you must first add the intended patient to the plan seat you want. If the patient is indeed outside of the age range, a warning message will be exhibited just below their name.

You can ignore this warning and set up the desired start date.

By doing this, the Save button will be enabled, even with the warning about the patient being outside of the age range.

Once you finish the changes, click on Save to conclude.
