How To Resend A Fax

SigmaMD enables you to resend a fax promptly and efficiently.

First, to determine whether a fax has failed, you must only open your fax inbox.

1. In the fax list, on the left side of the screen, the Transmission failed tag will be shown at the bottom of the fax.
2. When you select a fax, the Transmission failed tag will once again be shown, but to the right of the contact information that you attempted to send the fax to.

Finally, when attempting a resend of the fax failed, you can select the Resend button, at the top-right corner of the screen, or you can click Resend in the Error tooltip.

You will then see, as confirmation that the resend attempt is ongoing, that the Transmission Failed tag is substituted by the Transmitting tag.
