What Are Ageing Out Notifications?

Ageing out notifications are email alerts sent to the practice when a patient is about to exceed the age limit defined in a membership plan seat. This feature is particularly helpful for age-based pricing tiers, such as those used in pediatrics, but applies to any membership plan that defines pricing or eligibility by age.

How It Works

• Notification Timing: You will receive an email notification before the patient ages out of their current membership seat.
• What to Do: Once notified, you can manually update the membership to adjust the membership seat as needed.
