Release Notes - November 24, 2025
This week’s release brings several improvements that make day-to-day clinical work smoother, from documenting care to managing communication and billing.
Forms
Our new form builder gives clinicians a flexible way to collect structured information before or during a visit. You can create your own forms from scratch or build on top of templates, adding fields like text responses, checkboxes, signatures, conditional questions, and more.
Forms can be sent individually or linked to appointment types so patients receive them automatically during scheduling.

Superbills
Superbills can now be created in a guided, step-by-step flow directly from the patient chart. You can add diagnoses, choose procedures, include modifiers, adjust quantities, and review all information before generating the final document.
Once created, the Superbill can be downloaded, printed, or securely shared with the patient. The structure follows standard reimbursement expectations, helping patients submit claims smoothly while keeping your workflow quick and consistent.

Fax Annotation
The fax experience has been redesigned for clarity and speed. The fax viewer now:
- Opens the document by default.
- Offers a collapsible right-side details column.
- Allows annotations directly on the file using familiar tools (similar to PDF forms).
- Lets you send the marked-up file back to the sender or forward it elsewhere.

Patient List Improvements
The patient list now shows each patient’s caregivers or care recipients. Select the + icon beside a name to expand their connections.

Fixes and Other Improvements
This release also includes several refinements across the platform:
- Medication variables with duplicates are now automatically filtered.
- Signatures can be drawn directly in the personal profile.
- Employer memberships now lock the first seat as the Primary contact.
- ICD-10 descriptions are now included in faxed lab orders.
- File downloads handle extensions more reliably.
- Returned medications flow now manages inventory updates more predictably.
Can't See the Changes?
If you don’t see the updates right away, try performing a hard reload to refresh the platform properly. For detailed instructions, visit our guide.
