Release Notes - February 26, 2026
This week’s release focuses on improving clinician communication workflows, enhancing billing visibility, and refining search and scheduling tools.
Chats & Tasks
Several important updates have been made to the clinician chat experience:
Unread Messages Indicators & Task Red Dot
New menu indicators and counters improve visibility into unread messages and high-priority tasks.

Schedule a Chat Resolution
You can now schedule a chat to be resolved at a future date. Ideal to still give the patient some time to reply if needed.

Draft Note on Resolve
When a chat is resolved, a draft clinical note can automatically be created. This ensures the interaction is documented without requiring additional steps.
Mark as Unread
Any chat can now be marked as unread, allowing clinicians to revisit important conversations later without losing track.
Delete Chat
Conversations can now be deleted when empty and no longer needed.
Working Hours — Dedicated Page
The Working Hours section has been moved to a dedicated page with a cleaner layout and improved organization of visit types. This makes configuring availability clearer and easier to manage.

Billing Reports Enhancements
This release includes several improvements to financial reporting:
- Draft Invoice CSV Export: Draft invoices can now be exported as CSV files for external review or processing.
- Monthly Statements: ACH statements have been added to the monthly statements.
- Accounting Periods: Each accounting period entry now includes a direct link to view its associated invoices, simplifying reconciliation workflows.

Patient & Code Search Improvements
- Patient Search: Search is now more flexible and forgiving. Partial name inputs such as “J Smi” will return results like “John Smith.”
- ICD-10 & CPT Search: Code lookup has been optimized for faster and more accurate encounter coding.

Scheduling — Recurring Event Update Mode
When editing a recurring event, clinicians can now choose to update:
- Only the selected occurrence
- This and all following occurrences
This provides greater flexibility when managing long-term schedules.

Employers Access Toggle
Within Team Management, a new control allows practices to show or hide the Employers section for non-admin team members, similar to the existing billing reports visibility control.

Other Improvements
- Fax and referral list page limits increased to 250 to reduce pagination.
- Inventory items can now have a wholesale cost of $0.
- Team member coverage can be edited by non-admin users.

Telehealth sessions can now start in audio-only mode when no camera is connected.
